As the whole project has proved to be the first and foremost of such handlings, the exhibition itself was no exception. It was the first open air exhibition to stand 24 hours. For a month period
in Taksim Square, the very common of Istanbul, the event haunted population after it was opened in a ceremony by the Prime Minister, Tayyip Erdoğan and the mayor of the city of Istanbul, Kadir Topbaş.
The vast variety of the underwater life exhibited, both astonished and pleased viewers. Astonishing it was, truly because the surrounding waters, The Bosporus, The Islands, though they were left helpless, still perpetuated the life and did not let insisting nature perish.
The point of the exhibition which we had indented was to share the accumulation of all we obtained with the Istanbulians over the photographs and video footages. We succeeded..
The 3D photographs of the exhibition also attracted noticeable attention.
As the thousands of viewers fed back that they had been positively informed and enlightened we were rather assured that the project as a whole had reached the aforementioned goal.
